About Us

Mr. Bryeans attended Texas Christian University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. He then received his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from the Dedman School of Law at Southern Methodist University, graduating Cum Laude. Prior to serving the people of Tarrant, Parker, Denton and Houston counties and beyond as a chapter 7 bankruptcy attorney, Don Bryeans served as both a police officer at Texas Christian University, and as a security guard at a U.S. military base in Doha, Kuwait. Inspired by his time in law enforcement, Mr. Bryeans decided to take a more expansive role in law and the criminal justice system.

As a mortgage foreclosure attorney, Mr. Garcia has come to the aid of hundreds of clients, helping them successfully stop foreclosures on their homes and seizure of their prized possessions. Mr. Garcia is well-versed in employing automatic stay, which prevents creditors from collecting on debts and taking property from his clients.
